I had booked for two nights but left after one. I did not get the room that I booked and they did not even say anything. They just quickly gave me the key and a plastic bag with some sort of "breakfast" which was appalling. The internet was not working either. When I tried to raise a complaint with them and then later via booking.com, they stopped responding and I had to book an additional hotel for the second night. I would recommend not booking this hotel. It was awful.

The room was big.

Not friendly owner. Rooms were old dated. I did not like the breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness and the good location.

I would like to start the review by stating that I did not stay at the given property. My review is thus in relation to my experience with the staff and the process of having to cancel the reservation. We were aiming at climbing the mountains in the weekend but due to bad weather conditions after arriving, we decided not to continue. As a common courtesy I did call the property and explained the situation- that I would have to cancel. The lady on the other side of the line was rather non-responsive and just said “OK.Bye.” Now, it was stated in the property policies that in the events of cancellation or “no show”, I would be charged 50% of the sum. This was stated in the booking app and I was aware that I will be charged. One day went by, there were no changes in my booking. I could not cancel the reservation in the app by myself. After three days of my reservation being active and having counted in as a legit one (and having paid the full price), I once again called the property to ask for resolution. There was another lady who did not know what had happened and promised to check. She did return the call and stated that I had confirmed the reservation, I cannot tell if she was playing possum or was sincerely unaware of the situation, I had to contact the Booking Support Team. I did pick the property for it’s nice reviews and score but the experience left a totally different taste. You can guess if I will be booking them anytime soon.
