There is no option to open windows TV in the bedroom didn't work The apartment wasn't cleaned well

Where do I start? There were so many terrible things with this hotel. The only decent thing was the receptionist who was nice. OTHERWISE: There were grotesque stains on the sheets. The toilet leaked and ran all night. When the heater was on, the room was filled with dust. When it was off, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The TV is smaller than my mini-laptop. Even the "do no disturb" sign was torn to shreds and unusable. The staff hardly cares about anything besides taking continuous smoking breaks. The WiFi didn't work in our room, but worked slowly for my friends in their room. The breakfast is just sad. A cold fried egg, a sausage ... wait, no, not a sausage: a cold HOT DOG ... slimy cucumbers and white bread. There is no free coffee, you have to buy the Nescafe!! Down in the "breakfast room" are posters of half naked women, women on motorcycles, etc. DO NOT GO THERE!

Linen smells like smoke, is stainted and not fresh.The mattress is worn out, old and uncomfortable. The interior looks old. Badroom is also in terrible condition. For that price it's too bad. No recomendation for this hotel.

I spent 2 nights at the Santa Marina in September 2011 and I was really disappointed. The beds are old and uncomfortable, so on the second day I woke up with a backache (despite the thin foam mattress topper which doesn't actually make a difference!). And the breakfast buffet really is a joke: bread but no toaster, stale biscuits and no coffee!

A reasonably priced hotel, situated in the central area of Varna. Basic rooms with AC's..small colour TV's and small bathroom.. Breakfast is a joke...!! Nothing for children..no cereal, no fruit..no eggs..no milk...no toast..terrible coffee..basement cafe.smells a little...!! Not much choice of food for adults either.. Payment requested on arrival...Rooms not cleaned during 2 day stay..
