Фантастично обслужване! Двете рецепционистки Наталия и Катя бяха изключителни! За мен беше истинско удоволствие да се радвам на съдействието им, както при резервацията, така и при престоя ни в хотела. Със сигурност при следващо посещение във Велико Търново отново ще потърся услугите на Сити хотел.

Не мога да посоча нито едно нещо, което да не ми е харесало.
