Camerele sunt foarte mici, la fel și patul de 2 persoane . Nu e potrivit pentru o familie cu copii mici. Nu știu unde ar fi putut intra patul suplimentar.

This property was a deeply disappointing experience and falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. The overall quality is extremely poor — the rooms are uncomfortably small, and the bathroom is even more minimal to the point of being impractical. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of an old building, with attic-style windows that, when opened, allow strong odors from the street-level food outlets below to enter the room. Without the use of artificial air fresheners, both the rooms and common areas carry a persistent smell reminiscent of sewage and stale air, which makes the environment particularly unpleasant. The service was equally unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist with very limited command of Bulgarian, who immediately began listing arbitrary “rules” that are not communicated anywhere in advance. When these were questioned or not followed, her behavior escalated to shouting an entirely unprofessional and inappropriate reaction. Due to the overall conditions and treatment, my husband and I chose to leave after just two hours. We relocated to a top-rated four-star hotel with breakfast included, located only 300 meters away, at the same price point — a stark contrast in quality and service. I strongly advise against staying here and would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
