Great location. Good value

The lighting in the room was very poor. Very difficult to put on make up as it was so dark in the bathroom or near the mirror in room. I had to use a torch to find things in my suitcase

Perfect location. Staff quite nice (although in a "Bulgarian" way :) not too many smiles but we are from Slovakia so we are quite used to this :)). Comfortable bed, clean room. For this amount of money in this location right in the city centre you simple cannot ask for more.

Had a room facing the street so it was very noisy when someone was walking around. Luckily it was raining so not many people passing around. Probably it is better in rooms facing other directions. Sauna and pool not very welcoming and clean looking, so we didnt use it.

Все! Картинка на сайте не соответствует действительности в реальной жизни. Старый грязный номер, как будто для проституток. Ковралин воняет, пахнет куревом. Ужасные впечатления. Снимала на 2 дня , не смогла там находиться. Сбежала через пару часов в соседний отель.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Il servizio Si può migliorare, ma in generale è ok , la doccia idromassaggio non mi è sembrata molto pulita, ho visto un pelo sul bordo vasca,quindi non l'ho provata.

I like the location, close to the metro station, shops and restaurants
