Owner was nice and tried to fix situation

First of all we got wrong room which was cheaper than we booked. We had dirty bedsheets which they imidiatelly changed. We booked wooden bulgalow and we had there cocroachets, a lot. So we had to change the room in the middle of the night. Owner was really nice and also stuff (old guy) tried his best. We got all money back and they let us there for another two nights. But lady or that person who comunicated throw booking chat with us was rude and made me feel bad that we wanted to change room, speak with owner and they will have bad rating on booking because of us.
