This is a perfect, no-frills hotel to stay in Pleven. If you need a very clean place to spend the night, this is it. The room is standard-sized with a balcony, have facilities like a new air conditioner, refrigerator and great furniture. The floor has brand new parquet, which creates coziness! The bathroom is very clean and nice. The hotel has it's own private parking, which is a big plus. Nice and friendly staff. We will definitely return.
