Well, it was in Dobrich, that was everything we liked.

Many different things: Dear Sirs, dear Madams. There has been a misunderstanding. This is not a hotel. It's a flophouse. I am not demanding on my journeys, of course an overnight stay in a Best Western is always a clean and nice experience. There was no hot water, well, actually, there was no water at all. The minibar you promised was a filthy, unplugged fridge, empty. It smelled like a pub in the stairwell and like cigarette smoke in the room. In the morning people were actually smoking in the stairwell. Door handles and towel rails were missing. And why was the bed not made? I am therefore making a claim for a refund. You can't mention things / services when booking that don't exist, that are missing or damaged. The fact that Booking.com is also quite openly putting this place online with all the false promises speaks against Booking.com, too. For the same amount you could have got a room in a hotel worthy of the name, including breakfast. My friend stayed there and I went to them to take a shower. Subject to a lack of agreement on your part, I am asserting claims for damages. Furthermore, I can have the facts of the case examined to determine what the untrue, unfair claims on Booking.com represent. If we come to an agreement and you refund 5o% within the next ten days, there is no need for a legal examination of which of your claims are untrue and constitute unfair fraud.
