Elegant Complex

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms spacious. It's in the center, good location and parking is available despite it's a bit difficult to find but stuff guides you with information on the phone. Place was quiet and stuff helpful. They could add a fridge to the rooms though. It's nice to have especially in the peak of hot summer days.

I booked the room at a price of 70lv via booking mobile app. I received a phone call from the hotel a few days later , that there's some misunderstanding with booking.com and the price for that room is actually 80. Anyway I agreed cause I was already traveling. Now this is not a very nice practice and I find it hardly my fault for their "misunderstanding" with booking. Asked to pay with card, told me it's better in cash. I think that explains very well the" misunderstanding ". Furthermore several days later I still have the same price for the same room appearing in the mobile app. They should have fixed it if it was really a " misunderstanding ". Apart of the small price issue all is ok and I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated very central and is clean. Good value for the money.

The cable tv not working and bathroom had a sewage smell.

Attentive staff ,have gone an extra mile to get me a TV channel I requested, parking available, super central location

Location very closed to the city walking area, nice room, big balcony, good breakfast , quiet area , good restaurant the lower floor .

NO English language - conversations through voice translator, no protection of the shower area - water all over the floor , bathroom ceiling slop - difficult access area for tall people , elevator nose during night, difficult access to parking area ( necessary hotel staff help)

Shower didn't drain properly
