Room was simply furnished in a modern style, clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast service, and the restaurant only opens Thursday to Sunday. This was made perfectly clear before I booked and did not bother me.

Welcoming, delicious carvery, comfy bed

View from bedroom window onto the roof gulleys - desperately needed cleaning out. Very old windows which needed replacing / painting.

"A lovely property"

A lovely property about 1/2 way between Harrogate and Ripon. Rooms are all modern. We had room 5 which seemed smaller than the other rooms, but was adequate for our needs. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff!

A bit isolated for meals if the carvery not open.

"Great place to stay just outside of ripon"

Lovely clean hotel, large car park easy bus ride into town, and a £15 taxi ride home after a few drinks
