Tem boa localização, os funcionários são excelentes, super educados,solícitos, prontos e à disposição!

A limpeza do banheiro e manutenção não foi das melhores, a pia estava com um defeito e levemente entupida, a cama é extremamente dura e toda com a emenda no meio.

Localização excelente, quartos limpos, funcionários muito solícitos e gentis. O hotel é ambiente calmo e com bastante espaço para relaxar e descansar.

A piscina poderia ser aquecida. Com o clima um pouco mais ameno de Bonito a agua fica bem fria, o que me fez não ter coragem de enfrentar um mergulho.
