Hotel Kristall

Lovely friendly hotel, close to the ski slopes - we had a great 4 night stay,

It's a small family hotel ran by the Kundl family. They are very nice people, especially Dieter, who is responsible for the weather situation! Hotel Kristall is located on a hill close to town center and main road. it's just a bit of walking from hotel ski room to a lift, really comfy. Breakfast was good. Facility is great, very clean and well kept. It was warm and comfy. Good for the skiers. It was my first stay in Obertauern, and hotel Kristall hasn't given up on me :)

The only one thing that annoyed me were matraces and pillows - they were way to soft for me. However I didn't ask the staff, so this could probaly have been solved In the breakfast the only thing I missed was a good oatmeal or porridge, otherwise it's simple, but good

I highly recommend Hotel Kristall. We spent 4 days in the hotel and everything was perfect. Hotel Kristall offers ski-to-door access as it is located next to Pernerlift and Zentralbahn skilifts. The hotel is modern, well designed and very clean and our room was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful with a great choice of different options. It was also possible to eat dinner in the hotel, which occurred to be a great solution for us.

The couple that manages the property- Roland & Traute are awesome as was the entire staff. I kept thinking the entire time in German „Klein aber Fine“….and the breakfast was really good…

Not easy to control the temperature in the room ….a bit too warm 😃
