Super friendly and helpful staff in regional dress in a fantastic location. Fabulous food also and much from local suppliers. Pool and spa were perfect, and we were lucky with the weather too. We’ll be back!

Tv only has German speaking channels, but that’s about it.

Pool was nice, location also close to the hiking paths

We were instructed to sit at the table that has our room number at the restaurant and it was the same one during our whole stay. The thing is there are nicer areas of the restaurant eg. winter garden with a view but we were seated somewhere else. Not sure why they don’t let people to sit where they like to and how they decide who should sit where, based on their room rate?

If you are looking for a warm welcome, embracing staff, peaceful location and food from out of this world, this is the place to go! Not to forget the sauna and relax zone! Everybody really cares about your well-being and comfort. The view from the pool does not let you swim.

On occassions the road was busier than we expected. It only matters for the rooms facing the street. But it is balanced by all other aspects of the stay.

Facilities, food options for every taste, daily plan suggestions, incredible location and view. Recomend the bikes!

Room equipment, no possibility to make coffee / tea in the room, a bit old bathroom, could be refreshed. Pillows and Mattress could be upgraded No English menu

The staff is very sociable

Breakfast is ok, lunch and dinner are terrible. as well as the alcoholic drink available.
