Vinte Park Hotel

Sempre que vou a Bragança Paulista fico nesse hotel. Excelente custo-benefício pra uma viagem rápida. Fica perto do Lago Taboão. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto de bom tamanho e com tudo que precisamos. Vários canais disponíveis na TV. Staff sempre muito simpático. Manobrista que toma cuidados com nosso veículo.

Box do banheiro de porta sanfonada. O hotel precisa trocar isso por box blindex. TV pequena.

Funcionários atenciosos EXCETO Luciana, Cristina, funcionária da cozinha e Sr Antônio q causou-me transtorno na hospedagem e funcionária Luciana fez uma abordagem desnecessária em frente de outros funcionários e pressão através do ZAP da empresa e na porta do quarto

É simples, mas justo

Breakfast was fine. Rooms were old but adequate. Shower worked well but the whole place needs an update.

The men on the reception could be a little nicer. The area in the reception looks like someone's lounge in their house and not nice to wait. The key and the card are together soo you have to quickly lock the door with aa traditional lock and then take it out before the lights go on/off as the crd is fixed to it, weird and awkward. You can only have one key per couple and leaving your key for your car in reception when everything is open and can be seen by others does not fill me with safety for my vehicle. Out of spite is out of mind.
