Beware of scammers!!!!! Our family stayed at the hotel on March 3-5. We paid for a room for 3 adults and 2 children with a king bed, a safa bed, and a bunk bed for children. We have children aged 13 and 11 (of different sexes). We were given a room without a bunk bed. When we asked why the room did not match the paid conditions, the owners answered: don't make things up, you can stay here anyway. Instead of a bunk bed, there was a tatami mat on the floor. Bed linen and pillows were provided only for three people, as well as sleeping places. The reception staff said that the owners of the building are not responsible for the conditions provided. In general, the room does not match the photos on booking. Everything is very old, worn out, the towels are faded, the bed linen has holes. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!! The price must match the conditions, and the conditions must match the price paid! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

It’s not clean, it was actually dirty (bathroom/toilet unclean, dust around the flat), bed sheets torn (and there was only the fitted bed cover, not the one to cover ourselves), dust, even paper and sand on chairs etc

Location is excellent, Copanema.

Everything is painted gray inside (even a large wall-mounted painting was simply covered in gray), white lighting - the opposite of welcoming or cozy.

Nor booking.com and hotel did not inform us in advance that there is no change of towels during our stay which became a bit unpleasant after 4 days and dangerous to health after a week. I try to bribe the maid but she was loyal to the employer :-)
