Excelente! Superou muito nossas expectativas. Um hotel boutique elegante, muito bem decorado, confortável. O café da manhã era excelente. A banheira era perfeita. Foi difícil ir embora.

A piscina poderia ser aquecida, daria mais vontade de ficar lá mais tempo.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional — every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, creating such a relaxing atmosphere, and the bed sheets were unbelievably soft and comfortable. The breakfast was a standout — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The cocktails at the bar were also fantastic, perfectly made and great for unwinding in the evening. Location-wise, it’s in a sweet spot: just a short walk to the beach and also conveniently close to the city centre. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and top-notch service.

If I had to mention something, it would be the shampoo and conditioner — for a hotel in this price range, and especially after beach days, it would be great to have more hydrating hair products, especially for long hair. Also, the mini fridge doesn’t get very cold — it’s more for maintaining temperature than actually chilling drinks. Nothing major, but small improvements that would make a great stay even better.

This is my 6th time in Caraiva and it has been the best stay yet. Rooms are spacious, linens are great, the room pool is wonderful and the service is the best! Will definitely come back!

Estadia incrivel, o Lucas q mos recebeu esteve o tempo todo disponivel numa educacao impar e super solicito oara tudo (como epe msm vruncou conosco, sou a Alexia de vcs). Aa meninas do cafe da manha e fa receocao tb numa educacao e atençao para tudo q pediamos. Estrutura do quarto maravilhosa, cama, banheira e piscina impecaveis. E oara fechar o cafw da manha excelente e o serviço de praia top

Excelente quarto, silencioso… vage da manhã na varanda do quarto , podendo ser a qualquer hora, pode ser até após as 10h. Excelente localização, pertinho de tudo. Amamos muito !!

Breakfast is incredible - super fresh, huge variety and delicious! Staff super friendly and helpful! Facilities are super new, clean, beautiful, cozy and great environment. Definitely recommend! You will be amazed.
