Local ruim, velho, ar condicionado respingando pra cima da cama, sem tv, sem nenhuma ventilação (janelas), tampa do vaso quebrada, sem mesa ou cadiras para trabalhos (notebook), piso velho. Sobre ao acesso de entrada muito apertado, sem corrimão, degraus da escada desnivelados e periogosos para acidentes, um dos anossos amigos uma senhora de mais de 60 anos, caiu no dia da saida, acredito que as câmaras registraram tudo. A mesma torceu o pé. Vou procurar meus direitos na proteção ao consumidor.

A localização é ótima, apesar de barulhenta, pois tem bares na volta. Uma das noites que fiquei, um casal ficou boa parte da noite em frente à sacada dando gargalhadas e falando alto, qdo saí na sacada, eles disseram q iam baixar a música e falar mais baixo, tive que dormir de fones.

Poderiam oferecer secador de cabelo.
