I recommend getting newer keypad entry locks for each guestroom

Very relaxed, retro atmosphere, like an old fashioned cottage. Comfortable bed. New shower, vintage roll top tub in a separate room. Direct access to an outdoor porch. Has a very spacious shared area with a well equipped kitchen and large eating area. Plenty of parking in lot across the street. Excellent supper in the associated restaurant (le St. Patrice). (Note that visitors who like a modern, minimalist style may consider it cluttered or shabby, but to us the eclectic decor was what made it charming and interesting.)

Location, atmosphere, staff, cleanliness

Large rooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Our room had a double-size bathtub and a shower, which was nice after a long day of driving. The kitchen on the main floor is helpful if you want to heat up food or make tea/coffee. Also, pet friendly!

We have been staying here for many years and have noticed that the rooms are getting a little bit more worn. Some fixtures and windows aren't in as good shape as they once were. Also, the price has increased, which is understandable, but makes the value less good than it used to be.
