Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Die Mahlzeiten sind schmackhaft und sehr reichlich.

Das kann man so direkt nicht sagen, die Ausstattung der Zimmer war nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Wir waren auf etwas besseres eingestellt, konnten aber damit leben, da wir immer auf Achse waren.

la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) sono un po' vecchiotti e sarebbero da cambiare, anche se sembravano puliti presentavano delle macchie

Accoglienza e gentilezza e qualità

The location was very pretty in a small austrian town, I love the little church/chapel out in front of the property. The staff were very friendly and tried to help wherever possible. My main highlight was the breakfast, it was very good with a very wide selection of products to chose from. One of the staff would also prepare eggs with bacon for you on request, either stirred or sunny side up. Very delicious.

For this trip I booked two different rooms because we were coming with 5 people total. It would have been nice if these rooms were close or next to each other. Because right now they were on completely different floors, which made communicating with the others hard. Also sadly the wifi speeds were very slow (1-10mbps), which was just about usable.

Tolles großes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück sowie das Essen abends. Da kommt man gerne wieder. Ich habe bei der Anreise Geburtstag gehabt zwei Schnappserl und Pralinen bekommen sehr großes Lob danke. Wir sind mit Motorrad angereist weil alles sehr zentral gelegen Großglockner usw.
