Eu não teria nada do que reclamar se a acomodação e nem dos funcionários se eles não tivessem me deixado trancada na recepção de madrugada sem ngm disponível para fazer o check-in. Tinha uma caixa com mais de 40 chaves e só consegui sair por pura sorte, ou falta de segurança mesmo, pois nenhuma das chaves era a da porta. E se por uma tragédia o hotel pegasse fogo? Os hóspedes ficariam presos? Muita falta de cuidado...Infelizmente não recomendo
