Sehr schöne Aussicht Frühstück sehr gut und auf wunsch alles bekommen und das Abendessen war sehr gut

Matratze war sehr hart

Náš pobyt byl ve všech směrech absolutně vynikající. Ubytování útulné, všechno čisté, poloha hotýlku vynikající - začátek výborných turistických stras!! Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní mladí lidé, kteří se i s personálem starají o to, aby v hotelu bylo vše jak má být, a to se jim skvěle daří. Snídaně i večeře byly naprosto výborné chuťově i esteticky.

Opravdu jsme nenašli nic, co by se dalo zkritizovat. Vše bylo 100%!!!

Good view and location, but you can find better place to stay for the same price

The breakfast was very poor and the room was quite cold for the first two days during our stay. The communication with the staff was also unpleasant. During the stay all glasses were removed from our room, including the ones used for toothbrushes, without any explanation or communication. Because of that we had to leave our toothbrushes directly on the sink, which did not feel very hygienic. No one spoke to us about any problem during our stay. At checkout everything seemed fine and we were even wished a safe trip home. However, the next day after we returned home we received an email from the property complaining about “dirty towels” and asking for additional money. The towel only had a stain from body cream, which normally washes out easily. We travelled with a very small dog (1.5 kg Yorkshire terrier) and already paid the pet fee of 43€. After checkout they also wanted extra money (50€)because our dog had an accident on the bed, even though there was a mattress protector and nothing was damaged. Our dog does not shed and no damage was caused in the room.
