Nada. Falaram que teve problema no sistema e estava lotado. Muitas horas depois de eu ter reservado e estar esperando pelo acesso ao hotel. Descaso e falta de noção!

Atendimento péssimo, praticamente falaram: não tenho o que fazer, te vira pra achar outro lugar. Fiz a reserva normalmente e muitas horas após a reserva falaram que foi erro de sistema e o hotel estava lotado. Descaso e irresponsabilidade. Péssimo!

Banheiro com morfo e cheiro forte. Ofereceram outro quarto que também estava com cheiro estranho e resolvi ficar no quarto "original". Tenho alergias e isso me incomodou bastante Além disso, check-in é por WhatsApp e me deixaram esperando mais de 1h sem responder com os dados da senha.
