O quarto estava mal arrumado. Lençóis sujos. A faxineira tentou entrar no quarto enquanto estava dentro do quarto. A torneira do Box caiu e tive que usar a embalagem do sabão para dar pressão no encaixe. Preço da reserva diferente do cobrado. Apesar de tudo ganhei uma coca cola de brinde.

Do serviço. Quarto com sujeira no espelho, Sabonete aberto com pelo no banho, toalha manchada, roupa de cama manchada. Parece acampamento que você recebe cobertor e toalha na recepção pra levar junto com suas malas para o apto.
