Nada, infelizmente

Apartamento sem ar condicionado funcionando, foi avisado a recepção que nos trocou de quarto e o outro estava com o mesmo problema, comuniquei novamente a recepção que disse que mandaria um técnico e não foi. Colchas de cama encardida, desconfortável e água da pia vazando.

Hotel bem localizado. Na chegada, foi preciso solicitar ajuda ao trabalhador, pois mesmo vendo que estava com malas pesadas, ser de madrugada não houve iniciativa. No mais, todo resto da estadia foi ótima.

Ausência de iniciativa e empatia do trabalhador que fez o check in.
