Localização

Estive hospedado neste hotel e saí bastante decepcionado. No café da manhã encontrei um cabelo na carne moída, algo desagradável, mas que nem chegou a ser o pior da experiência. O que mais me incomodou foi o atendimento no check-out. O rapaz da recepção demonstrou uma enorme falta de interesse em atender. Não olhou para mim, não deu sequer um bom dia e parecia estar fazendo o atendimento por obrigação. A impressão que tive foi de que estava incomodando e, sinceramente, parecia até que estava com raiva de mim, sem que eu tivesse dado qualquer motivo para isso. Trabalho com turismo e viajo com frequência, por isso sei que um atendimento cordial faz toda a diferença. O mais chocante foi perceber, ao ler avaliações de outros hóspedes, que existem várias reclamações semelhantes sobre o atendimento. Espero que a administração reveja essa questão, porque a maneira como um hóspede é tratado na chegada e na saída tem um grande impacto na experiência como um todo.
