A localização

O encanamento do banheiro fedia, a porta da escada não tem mola e bate muito forte sempre que passa alguma pessoa, fazendo um barulho insuportável, o pessoal da cozinha faz muito barulho, não cedem nem por 30 minutos no check out nem se você precisar usar apenas o estacionamento depois do horário.

Localização, e comodidade da instalação.

Os quartos do piso térreo não tem condições alguma de ficar hospedado, Os hóspedes ao entrar para acessar os elevadores, fazem muito barulho e incomoda muito quem está nesses quartos.
