If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. "We liked it after sorting out a few problems"

The service was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is clean and well-kept. The rooms we a good value, although not fancy. There is a very nice beach walk from the grounds. However, be aware the bay that the hotel is on is very shallow and not much good for swimming.

The air conditioners had dirty filters made them so inefficient that they could not cool the room. I cleaned the filters on our air conditioner and then it worked well. The Wi-fi does not work well in all the rooms. We asked to be moved to a room room with better Wi-fi and we were graciously accommodated. The wi-fi in this more central room was good. The facility is not new and it could use a bit more maintenance. For example, I believe the floors and walls were clean, but they had a worn and dingy appearance.
