A estrutura comum do prédio é muito boa porém a unidade que me hospedei é suja e mal conservada

Quando cheguei o quarto estava totalmente sujo. Cheguei às 15h00 e minha diária tinha início às 14h00. Tive que cancelar minha reserva para fazer outra e acabei sendo direcionada para o mesmo quarto. Até agora não recebi o reembolso de uma das reservas que solicitei. Total desrespeito ao cliente
