Localização é ótima e o tamanho do quarto também.

Tinha alguns filhotes de barata no quarto. Não tinha toalha de rosto e no box do banheiro restos de vários sabonetes.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e não consegui fazer contato para resolver o problema. Só após 24 horas o problema foi resolvido. A cama é extremamente desconfortável e verifique pequenas baratas no apartamento.
