Limpa, confortável. Colchões muito confortevais e roupa de cama e de banho limpas e cheirosas. Estrutura tb sempre limpa, e todos os lugares.

Piscina externa não é aquecida.

"Primeira férias com o meu bebezinho, com certeza foi memorável graças ao hotel e seus funcionários."

Ótima estrutura, opções de lazer e entretenimento. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e proativos. Fui com meu bebê de 6 meses e o chef veio pessoalmente na mesa perguntando da alimentação dele.

Minha única crítica é que o colchão era um pouco firme de mais para o nosso gosto.

O hotel é amplo e com uma limpeza impecável. Estilo um mini resort. Os quartos e camas são confortáveis. Fui com bebê e foram atenciosos ao deixar uma banheira para banho. A comida é gostosa e bem feita (mais estilo mineiro, nada muito chique), os funcionários foram simpáticos. Boa brinquedoteca fechada e parquinho externo atende bem. A vista do quarto era linda!

Achei que os entretenimentos noturnos começam tarde e demoraram pra liberar a mesa de queijos e vinhos (marcado pra 9:30 mas só liberaram por volta de 10:30 da noite). Enquanto isso a banda tocava. Acho q se tivesse uma música ao vivo integrada ao jantar seria mais interessante. Acho que poderiam climatizar o parque aquático das crianças. Apesar de ser fechado, a água é muito fria e minha filha não quis ficar, preferiu as piscinas fechadas e aquecidas.
