o Hotel pe perfeito, limpo organizado e tudo muito conformtável.

refeições, poderia ter mais uma bancada de serviço, ficou fazendo fila desnecessário quando se utilizou dois tipos de comidas distintas, o problema nem era a caren, era fila para pegar o basico que so tinha de um lado. animação, poderia proveitar e desenvolver brincadeiras quando há chuva, cinema, artes e etc. poderia utilizar a parte da troleza para fazer um toboagua, houve momento de juntar crianças pequenas com as maiores e não foi legal.

Recreação para crianças muito bom, piscina parque

Poderia ser melhor as reposições dos alimentos nas refeições, se vc chegar faltando 40 min pra finalizar refeição tem falta de alguns itens, mas isso é uma reclamação construtiva, que pode ajudar na melhoria
