Localização e espaço bem bonito quando cheguei

Eu pedi 2 mantas para dormir, a funcionária do hotel chegou com 2 edredons rasgados e com mancha. Quando fui ao banheiro estava tendo infiltração e o piso manchado. O quarto úmido. Pegou muito mal pra um hotel. PÉSSIMAS condições de hospedagem!!!!! MAIS NUNCA ME HOSPEDO NESSE HOTEL. É FURADA!

Localización está muy buena y personal muy amable. Desayuno bueno

No está como de presenta en las fotos. Está viejo, y sucio, las toallas y sábanas estábamos realmente sucias, aire acondicionado estaba roto y caía agua en el suelo, olía raro.

"cancelaron mi reserva a ultimo momento y no avisaron"

llegue al hotel a las 22hs y cancelaron mi reserva por tal motivo booking no me busco en el aeropuerto y cuando llegue por mis propios medios me dijeron que estaba ocupado y que nunca tuve una reserva. asi que tuvimos que buscar otro lugar a esa hora, un desastre la atancion
