Conforto e limpeza do quarto

Cheguei a meia noite no hotel e levei 1 HORA E 40 MINUTOS no balcão do ESuites para liberarem o quarto . O Staff foi atencioso e educado , mas a demora foi excessiva . Muitas pessoas com voos cancelados chegando no mesmo horário . Olhando o histórico de avaliações de outros clientes não é a primeira vez que isso acontece.

Localização, estrutura do condomínio (piscina e sala ginástica), ducha boa, duchinha íntima, andar alto, visual, cama casal

Estacionamento muito demorado pra buscarem o carro, sofá-cama quebrado, um dos 2 abajures quebrado, toalhas de banho pequenas e velhas
