A localização e o quarto em si (cama, cozinha) são muito bons.

O banheiro estava muito mal conservado (principalmente o chuveiro), e com lugares sujos (louça em cima da pia). Faltam tomadas, sobretudo perto da mesa de trabalho

Boa localização.

O aparelho de ar condicionado não estava funcionando.... Havia lâmpada queimada na "cozinha". A limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar, além do box, inclusive o vidro do banheiro bem sujo. Sinceramente quanto a limpeza eu esperava uma limpeza impecável.
