Cordialidade dos funcionários

Ambiente sujo, com teias de aranha, lata de cerveja vazia embaixo da cama,roupa de cama com marcas de sangue e sujidade, banheiro sem tampa no vaso e travesseiros mofados. Instalações precárias e mal higienizadas.

Fiz a reserva e quando cheguei tinha uma placa de lotado na portaria....tive que dormir na rodoviária de Campinas ate meu onibus chegar.

Não gostei da reserva feita....estava tudo certo para eu me hospedar e ai quando cheguei tinha a placa de lotado....
