A localização é o grande ponto deste local. Está muito próximo a serviços, transporte, alimentação. O café da manhã é simples e muito gostoso.

O banheiro estava constantemente molhado no chão por conta de um vazamento no registro de água. Estava uma noite bastante fria e não tinha nenhuma coberta disponível no quarto.
