A equipe de funcionários são muito educados, gentis e prestativos A localização é privilegiada por ser próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas

Os quartos nos andares de baixo escutam os barulhos dos corredores e dos quartos ao lado, nos andares mais altos isso não acontece No meu quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou, mas o ambiente estava bem fresco
