"Never staying here when I visit again."

The room is average.

The bathroom door kept getting locked on its own several times. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t even try. WiFi was not working on arrival. Took them 4 hours to fix. They don’t have a card machine and when asked to pay online be careful they always ask you to pay in usd first without any heads up and it’s the wrong amount. For example if your bill in 20k rupees they will send you a payment link for 20k USD. Request for INR bill. They also Sent me wrong bills 4 to 5 times till they sent the correct one. Some staff at breakfast were quite unfriendly. Almost no interest.

"Good Start in Bhutan at Thimpu with osel"

location,big rooms ,lift attached to go to 3rd floor.Breakfast was decent and the staff specially Nina( hope I am remembering it properely) was so good.she makes guests so comfortable and goes out of her way to make a memorable stay

needs few things to be changed in toilet and rooms so. that guests can be more at ease. for ex health faucet is at the left side of the seat.
