"Comfortable stay and good location"

Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great response time from the host, I had a minor issue, the host responded and rectified it immediately.

Room was dirty at check in and looked like it had sat empty for a long time. It had no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper I was told that I need to buy my own. I get these are normally longer term rentals, but really, not even one roll? I think they put me into some room they don't normally let out.

The location was fine.

We weren't allowed to walk through the lobby in our swim suits or with grocery bags, we had to use the back door - ridiculous. Also, the pool attendant wouldn't let my kids jump in the pool, not dive, jump. I wouldn't return. - No toilet paper in the rooms
