Lento para calificar, pero aquí va 😤: La atención al cliente fue pésima, muy mal servicio y cero respuesta a nuestras peticiones 🙄. La última noche rechazaron nuestra reservación sin previo aviso y tuvimos que pagar más 💸. Encima, habíamos reservado para tener la habitación solo para mi familia 🤯, y tuvimos que compartir la habitación con una desconocida.Y para colmo, los lockers de la habitación en la que estábamos no servían 🛑. Una experiencia para olvidar. No recomiendo.

La última noche rechazaron nuestra reservación sin previo aviso y tuvimos que pagar más 💸. Encima, habíamos reservado para tener la habitación solo para mi familia 🤯, tuvimos que compartir la habitación con una desconocida. Y para colmo, los lockers de la habitación en la que estábamos no servían 🛑. Una experiencia para olvidar. No recomiendo.

Clean, comfortable and nice pool area- is a pretty good place to stay on the island!

Staff weren't very friendly or "happy", charging $1 for a bottle of filtered water is ridiculous! Had a strange check-in process either giving a high deposit for no reason or having you write down your card details for them to keep... Properly could probably also do with some updating too

"Excellent low budget property"

The location is excellent in the middle of everything. All I ate was a snack. The restaurant was not open for breakfast at 8:30 am

Les dortoirs sont propres et spacieux. La piscine est un plus et l’hôtel est bien placé !

Pas de rideaux sur les lits, ça manque un peu d’intimité. Il faut payer pour utiliser les lockers
