Just the location

Started with the gate that was not working and the intercom was not working and was in the evening. When I told the staff that I must be fixed because it's not safe in the evening in Mthatha, the lady just laughed at me. I was given a veryyyy dirty blanket and was torned Blanket, like a huge whole and very smelling, it was dirty, I had to call a friend a borrowed a blanket and I fetched it. The staff didn't care.... Please don't suggest that place to me again

No space for patking

The bedding seemed clean.

1st room, inside mould on the ceilings in the room and bathroom, windows rusted, bathroom no toilet roll holder, shower door doesn't close, no mirror. Bathroom door doesn't close the gap and toilet is next to the door. 2nd room outside, bathroom has no ventilation or window, no shower door, bathroom door doesn't close and is broken. Photos are very deceiving.

The lady who was the receptionist was very kind and friendly

In my room room no 3 there was no tv😒 and the hot water was finished I took cold shower

Innoview 2 staff is welcoming and willing to met our needs … have the skills to step in in case of emergency for the sake of the business as to spread the positive WOM

When we checked in with my friends, they said it’s fully booked while we paid prio such that we we forcely moved us to Innoview 2 , the owner wasn’t available on phone and has no optional number we waited for 2 consecutive awkward hours before we checked in 😭😭😭
