Sauberkeit, guter Skikeller mit verschließbaren Schränken, gutes Frühstück, nettes Hallenbad, freundliches Personal, gute Lage.

Einzig der Frühstückskaffee hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Szép tiszta szobák, jó elhelyezkedés. A pályák egy-két perc sétára vannak. Reggeli bőséges. A medence és szaunák szépek.

A reggeli kezdődhetne korábban, mint 8 óra. A wellnessbe zárás előtt egy órával már nem lehet bemenni.

The owners were rude, poor choice for breakfast, if you asked to bring meal which has gone, they brought for example 6 more pieces of it for all other guests, when employed staff has day off, the owners run breakfast, you need to wait very long time for everything including cleaning tables. Steam sauna is all plastic, not hot enough, it is not possible to regulate temperature of shower in wellness, there is only cold water, shower belonging to swimming pool runs maximum 20 seconds. If you ask if it is possible to leave the luggage in hotel few more hours after check out, they answer automatically no. We visit village of Obertauern every winter, but this was first and for sure last time in this hotel. Owners spare money on everything. We realy did not like our stay.

Very good location, close to the ski chair, with ski to door possibility and very good ski room facilities. Very clean, super nice pool and sauna area with views to the slopes, very good breakfast. Also very conveniently located, close to restaurants, shops, market.

Room furniture is older style but well maintained
