"Terrific! Stayed an extra night as it was close to where we needed to go."

Beautiful and clean, tastefully decorated. Modern ensuite (we were expecting to share a bathroom based on the property notes). Manager was lovely and helpful. Good heating in the room, close to the main streets.

Very noisy, but i suppose was expcted from a pub on a Saturday night

The pub looks much better in photos than it actually is, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the pub itself is just a nasty TAB joint despite its historic facade.

The room was good

When we arrived we were told we hadnt paid.. so we paid again..when they realised we had prepaid when organising refund they took more money out. Finally we got paid back the 2 times money that we had overpaid. Ther was no room service for our long stay. A note about a locsl laundromat led us to a nearby town and we found that the laundromat was closed and boarded up.
