Təmizdir, locationu yaxşıdır.

Mənim götürdüyüm paketə səhər yeməyi daxil deyilmiş, lakin problem bunda deyil. Problem bu məlumatın mənə verilmə şəkli və yerindədir. Bu məlumat mənə otelə daxil olarkən verilə bilərdi ki booking-dən edilən reservationlarda səhər yeməyi daxil olmur. Məlumat isə mənə ailəmlə birlikdə səhər yeməyini götürərkən digər otel qonaqlarının yanında verildi və sanki oteldən yemək qaçırmağa çalışırıqmış kimi bir abuhava yaradıldı. Çox qeyri-etik bir vəziyyət idi, təbii ki yeməyi oteldə yemədik. Halbuki sadəcə check out zamanı əlavə yemək pulu istənilsə heç bir problem yaranmazdı.

Clean and comfortable, silent and panoramic rooms. Nature all around. Location is perfect, close to Ilisu Village, which is the main place to see.

Almost no in-hotel activities. But, alternatively, you may go to 3-4 km away 5 star Hotel (with shuttle) , and use SPA and some activities, free of charge. Same owner probably.

Staff was very helpfull, but if was evident that this count of staff is not enough for a such big property, they were hardly managing to clean all rooms in time. They looked very tired and not valued.

The cleaning of the rooms was not good. All rooms need deep cleaning. There were spots on the carpets and the walls. Management have to review their style.

the Reception is the worst thing in the world, they reject my booking even it was confirmed in Booking I need to call Booking 3 times to solve this problem

The shower cabin was very tiny, the restaurant was not very well. There was no pool, gym, cinema, and other entertainment facilities
