Peppers Hunter Valley - formerly Grand Mercure

The property was in a great location and very comfortable, easy access to the wineries.

The ensuite bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly and had multiple hairs in the bath. I informed reception and was told that housekeeping would be there in the morning, unfortunately this did not happen. There were also lots of sticky handprints on the doors and walls. Some electrical sockets in the bedroom didn’t work either and the light over the kitchen table was constantly flickering. Very disappointing for such a lovely apartment.

Good location, good interior

Spider web was in our room, and toilet didn’t have fan to clean the air. Plus, we only had two water bottles in this property and the rest we bought somewhere else before we arrived property, however they charged us on more bottle.

Location

Struggled with the zoning function on the air conditioning between rooms and living areas.

Able to check in early. Good location

Would have been good to have som ex basics like milk and water in the fridge
