Izuzetno loše iskustvo. Po dolasku u hotel rečeno nam je da su sve sobe zauzete, iako smo imali urednu rezervaciju. Potpuna neorganizovanost i neprofesionalnost. Doručak je bio katastrofalan – hljeb star i nesvjež, a sok lošeg ukusa i kvaliteta. Osoblje očigledno nije dovoljno ni obučeno ni brojno, jer konobari istovremeno rade i na recepciji, što dodatno stvara haos i gužvu. Ovakav nivo usluge je neprihvatljiv i hotel ne zaslužuje preporuku.
