Everyone was not right there

It's not a hotel as advertised. It was very difficult to find. Located on 4th floor of an apartment building.

I expect to be a hotel.

スタッフの対応は誠実で好感が持てました。 ベッドは大変寝心地が良く、静かな環境で良く休めました。コスパは良いです。

テラポカとモシャが出ます。お湯は出ますがシャワー設備は改善を望みます。カップルだと部屋はちょっと狭いかな。

It was very clean and a good environment overall! The balcony was really nice. The bathroom was clean too. Overall very good value for money

Buona struttura situata in un quartiere tranquillo e pulito. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura raccomandata... Anche se non la ritengo a 4 stelle.

Al momento della conferma l'hotel dovrebbe inviare un messaggio accurato su come trovare la struttura, perché si trova all'interno di un palazzo residenziale ed è difficile da trovare. La colazione sicuramente da migliorare... Il giorno della partenza, sebbene avessimo menzionato che avevamo un bus da prendere presto, e che avremmo fatto colazione alle 8, il risultato è che ci e stato servito il tutto alle 8:30 quando dovevamo partire...
