Druk verkeer met het nodige lawaai Geen lift en voor oudere een moeilijke trap Douche in bad is voor oudere mensen moeilijk Kamer was niet gedaan. O.a. bed en badkamer

Mooie kamer , zeer proper, personeel zeer vriendelijk TOP

Ze hadden me de dag voordien gebeld dat er overboeking was en ik moest uitwijken naar Beringen. Daar zeiden ze dat de nacht van donderdag moest aanwezig zijn. Gebeld naar Hotel Prince Royal, daar was een vergissing dus toch in prince hotel verbleven.

Access to the train station and Bus stops

No night staff, no one telling me about the access code for the side door which I was also unaware of and which resulted in my being locked out at 10pm and having to call the police. Also staff who have never come across a thermo flask before and displayed no knowledge of its function!😠

"Tophotel voor onze behoeften, niets te veel, niets te weinig, ook niet qua prijs"

Ontbijt precies goed. Enige dat ik vond dat ontbrak is versgeperste jus d'orange. Maar dat is muggenziften. Locatie is goed, de kamers achter het gebouw zijn ver weg van de drukke weg die langs het hotel loopt. Dus heerlijk rustig. Personeel is echt heel vriendelijk en maakt graag contact met je. Heel fijn. Hygiëne van de kamers is goed. En 's avonds lekker pintje drinken in de hotel bar/restaurant. Top.

De versgeperste jus d'orange (die er niet was) ;-)

Accomodatie was prima, manier van boeken was niet goed, betaald voor 2 personen en er was 1 persoon doorgegeven. Dus nooit meer via Booking.com
