Otelde temizlik çalışanları tarafından 2. Telefon olarak kullandığım diğer telefonum çalındı. Otelden ayrıldıktan sonra fark ettik oteli aradığımıza da kayıp telefon olmadığını söylediler. Fakat telefonumu 1 ay sonra 2. el satış sitesinde (OLX) gördüm. Ekranı kırık ve eski bir telefon olduğu için benim olduğundan emin oldum. Ancak satıcı kişi birçok yalan atarak inkar ediyor. Cihazın IMEI numarasını istedi ancak bulduğumda yine birçok yalan ile telefon kapatıldı.

Konumu merkezi ve güzeldi, denize yakınlığı çok iyidi, Temizlik personeli güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve işini iyi yapıyordu.

Rezervasyon sırasında otopark ücretsiz olarak belirtilmesine rağmen, araç parkı için ekstra ücret talep ediliyor ve ayrıca yeteri kadar araç otoparkı mevcut değil aracımızı çok uzak özel ücretli otoparka park edip tekrardan otele geri dönmek gerekiyor.

Hotel Lilia is absolutely stunning! It’s located right on the beach and in the middle of the beautiful high street of Golden Sands. The view from my window was breathtaking. The staff made a huge difference to our stay too. Everyone from the valley to the reception and restaurant, even the cleaners were so polite and genuinely friendly. Everyone had a little play with my son and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The restaurant had a great range of food to suit us for the 3 meals a day. There is a show cooking every day which features pizza, pancakes and eggs. And for the rest, there was always a variety of fish, meat , veggies, pasta, soups and desserts. The staff were very attentive and made sure to show us what was available in case we missed it.

Расположение первая линия, но своего пляжа нет. Персонал дружелюбный, еда хорошая, есть сеиф но за дополнительную плату 8 лев в день. Номер чистый убирались каждый день. Всё было ожидаемо хорошо, Спасибо ЛИЛИЯ
