Property Notes

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please be kindly informed that we can host you only if you have completed pre-registration after your payment. Deadline to complete your registration is 1 day before your check-in date. Registration is completed once you have provided the following details of all guests - Full names, Date of birth, Nationality, Address, Number of ID/passport. If those details are not provided or are incorrect, the reservation will be rejected. After your successful registration you will receive the number of your room and the code to access the building and your room.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
